Lior Schapiro has a comprehensive understanding of the complexity of current architectural design and development. His ability to quickly develop a working alliance with team consultants and clients has allowed him to be a valuable contributor to each project.
Lior was attracted to architecture earlier in his life while living in a small desert city, Arad, Israel. This natural environment instilled in him the importance of environmental sustainability. From this foundation he developed a commitment to designing in harmony with the local environment.
Before coming to the United States, he was employed as a designer at S & A Construction and Design, LTD, designing industrial facilities and pharmaceutical laboratories. Lior was responsible for the design of clean rooms and laboratories on six projects for the international pharmaceutical company, Teva.
Before resides in Pacific Palisades, California, Lior earned B.Arch Degree from The City College of New York and has been employed as a full time architecture and interior project manager at Costas Kondylis and Partners where he was involved in the development and construction of two luxurious residential towers in New York City.
In 2015, Lior completed his first remodeled development in highly desirable Kentwood section of Westchester. Lior brought his meticulous design skills into the project that resulted in a successful profitable outcome.
